Metal Fabrication Facility Thunder Bay Ontario CanadaEnerdry Constructors Ltd began operation on December 1984 as an industrial sheet metal fabrication and erection service company. In the beginning we initially catered to the needs of the Pulp and Paper Industry, specializing in custom fabrication with a wide range of metals including stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, corten, aluminized steel, galvanized steel, and wear plate.

The company soon branched out to service different industry sectors including Mining, Grain, Potash, Commercial Services, Power Generation and Engineering Companies. Resulting from market diversity, Enerdry Constructors has developed the capabilities to perform any type of custom fabrication with an unparalleled standard of craftsmanship.

Fabrication Capabilities:

  • The facility is 3,500 square meters (38,000 sq. ft.).
  • The fabrication facility is comprised of a number of different areas - this provides some dedicated work zones, as Fabrication of large equipment in stainless steelwell as flexibility.  This also allows us to segregate work if necessary - to control cross contamination of stainless steel with mild steel.
  • Our High Bay area with 4 overhead cranes allows for fabrication of large items as well as pre-assemble/fit-up prior to shipping to site.
  • Additional to the above is material storage.

We have a large secured fenced lay down area 18,580 m (200,000 sq. ft.) with 560 square metres (6000 sq. ft.) of portable storage to store manufactured goods. This allows us the option to store large quantities of equipment, to be shipped at the same time to arrive at site at the same time or to suit specific receiving requirements.  This also builds insurance!
